Dr Gennady Polonsky, Ph D in Economics, Reader in International Economics and former senior academic. Currently Management Development consultant, business speaker, co-author of several books published in the UK, USA, Canada, Japan and Russia including recent texts, The Russian province after communism: enterprise continuity and change (Macmillan, 2000), Management in Transition: From the Berlin Wall to the Wall of China (2002). Also published several case studies business books that are now used within several prestigious Universities including Copenhagen Business School, Kutztown University, USA, Moscow State University (Business School), Russia, Bergen School of Economics and Business Administration in Norway and many others.

He studied medicine at University of Turin, and specialized in physical therapy in Novara and Verona, Italy. One of his greatest goals is to encourage and support people to find out who they really are, to embrace their true nature and reach their full potential, what he considers one of the ways to be happy and at the same time to contribute to society, to others and to oneself.

In recent years, Mirjana conducts projects designed for management and employees of large international companies, based on individual and team coaching. In her work she uses personal experiences, which was acquired by working for more than ten years as director of sales and marketing in large companies (IBM, Siemens, Telekom Serbia, Orion Telecom). Within the coaching and training practice she collaborates with numerous national and international companies, such as: UNICEF, DHL, Banca Intesa, Metro Cash & Carry, Ertse banka, Delta Holding, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, VIP mobile, Direct media, Hemofarm and many others.

She started her coaching practice after more than 20 years of working experience, managing high performing teams in the field of Advertising and Marketing in Saatchi & Saatchi and Nike Marketing team, to General Manager position in FMCG sector. She works with individual clients, teams and groups. Her greatest passion is in supporting people develop their potential. People are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and they don’t need to be fixed. They need to be seen, listened, accepted, acknowledged and challenged. Only then they are capable to develop their fullest potential. Stella is an CTI Graduate CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach), and among many certifications, Stella is probably, the only Certified MGSCC Coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholders Centered Coaching, in Serbia. Within her coaching practice she collaborates with numerous companies, such as: Adidas, Banca Intesa, Erste Bank, NLB Bank, Ernst Young, Generali Insurance, Tarkett, Telenor, Frikom, and many others.
